Today I played several games (single player) and reached 13 lvl.
Then i shut the game with ->disconnect during the game.
After 3 houres leter I started playing and saw that I was on lvl 0!
It's a crash or sth else?

Usually it means you where disconnected from steam or steam had server maintenance.

All of the levels are stored on the Steam Cloud and if they are working on it all of the levels are set to 0. Usually if you disconnect then restart steam they should come back ^_^

I've noticed this server issue too. But I am pretty certain that it's not a steam issue. Steam is up and running smoothly, and yet many servers still only allow lvl 1 gun and system options. A couple weeks back it was only one server. now its almost all of them. I have to play on SW #2 because its the only one of the servers that remembers my lvls now.
