If Metal Drift is still in the Beta period and has not been released publicly for sale:

By checking the “I Agree“ button below, you are agreeing to the following:

• You will not share information about, screenshots, videos, or copies of the software that we provide you with to any other party for any reason.
• You will never distribute copies of this software, even if the beta-version software is a trial version, at any time now or in the future.
• Any registration codes you receive will be used by you and you alone and never shared or distributed.
• You will destroy any copies or backups of this beta-version software once the full version is released or as directed by Black Jacket Studios.
• You will do your best to provide us with constructive feedback on the software including both problems you encounter and things that you like.
• You release Black Jacket Studios from any liability for damages resulting from the installation, use, or removal of the beta-version software.

By accepting you receive the following:

• Priority consideration for future Black Jacket Studios beta-testing projects.
• Our heartfelt thanks and a hearty clap on the back should we ever meet you in person.

Beta Program Disclaimer

If you are chosen as a beta tester, you acknowledge and accept that you are using a beta application, and that although we believe it is unlikely, it is possible your data could become corrupted or deleted. Black Jacket Studios makes no warranty concerning beta applications, and Black Jacket Studios shall not be responsible for any special, consequential, incidental or other damages resulting from the use of any of our beta programs.
